3. GDPR

Use of personal data, any data you give Jo Hebb in person, at an event or via the website is kept private and I can contact you under the lawful basis of “legitimate interest”. I may follow up an art purchase or related enquiry. If you join the mailing list, your data is added to my records and stored by me.

If you make an online purchase your customer order information is retained via the website and stored via my regular database back-up. 

Within Jo Hebb (sole trader) your information is kept secure with passwords on all appliances where it is stored and is backed up and that data is also kept secure in a locked studio/home.

You can request that your data be deleted, moved, or corrected at any time. I keep some data of any purchases for the purposes of accounting and any product query or warrantee. This data may be kept up to 15 years. 

Jo Hebb is only processing personal data for the core business purposes so therefore is not registered with the ICO. Best practice principals for data management are in place.
